Wow. Just wow!!

Gave me a spiritual boost (Someone designed and knew this all along!); Dr. Kariko stated that upon finding the new protein cells she "felt like a god."* The foundation laid in living organisms is a testament to extra-ordinary wisdom, planning, design and foresight. Learned a new word ("prescient"), too!

Incredibly smart and tenacious Shero. Awesome finds on the part of these scientists. This article I will be reading again. It brought to mind Harvey Wiley, chief chemist under Roosevelt (?) that headed the FDA and would not stop the crusade against unsafe food consumption. Had never heard of him until a PBS special. Now his name and K. Kariko will be the KW researchers to be regarded in my mind.

Thanks for sharing. Have to devise a link column for articles like this to archive (but I'm no engineer or developer).

“The best scientists try to prove themselves wrong." (Like!)
