all of the above put together I'd be feeling the same way; when my hairdresser kindly informed me that her husband had been sick for 2 days with fever & stuff (as did he right in my face) and she was "sniffly and a sore throat" - I was on high alert - gave it a few days but started feeling "sniffly with a sore throat" by Sunday (saw her on a Friday) and the rest was history.
Just wait the full 7 days before you get tested - I had a false negative at 5 days. But please get tested. And Please take care. Thankfully we're vaccinated and it was not that bad for me (so far) - just a head cold type thing.
I can't believe they came to you to tell you then went to everyone else. smh
