This has nothing to do with socialism, which you seem to be obsessed about.
Read the First Amendment. It only applies to what the government can do, not what private individuals can do with their own property. The purpose is to not allow GOVERNMENT to censor speech, so the only way the First Amendment would apply here would be if the government owned the platform.
If you bothered to actually READ the Constitution instead of whining about an imaginary loss of freedoms, you would know this. |
