| The supreme court is not going to rule on the severity of the virus. They are not there to even rule whether it's an epidemic or pandemic. The question before the supreme court is, does the President have the authority to mandate vaccinations during a pandemic a health crisis. Precedence already exist. All the discussion about numbers of children, severity of illness, other options is moot. It's really a yes or no question. It really isn't for the court to decide if it's necessary, just can the prez do this. |
