Many of our allies in NATO and elsewhere have come out against what Turkey is doing. Even Israel has condemned it and offered humanitarian aid to the Kurds. The biggest concern, beyond the slaughter of the Kurds, is that this will allow the resurgence of Daesh - ISIS - in an area where they were previously defeated. All that blood and effort will have been for nothing
I'm as opposed to war as the next guy, but this is not war - it's murder. I cannot believe that you, who claims to be pro-life. would look the other way as our President green-lights the slaughter of our allies and ORDERED US forces to not get involved, simply because you think he's the greatest President who ever lived and can do no wrong.

There were reports that Erdogan told Trump that unless the US forces got out of the way, they would be in danger. OK, so this is a NATO ally threatening us. Trump has boasted that we have the best military in the world - why didn't he push back? Why did he decide to pull back and let Turkey do what it wanted to do?
Again, over 100 Trump businesses in Turkey and none in the Kurdish areas. EVERYTHING Trump has done over the past 40-50 years has been transactional, an anyone who doesn't realize that is just not paying attention. |
