Re: Did you know this about Public Libraries?

As nice as they used to be, Public Libraries have turned into a place for free computers, WIFI, printers which is great. Ask anyone under the age of 25 about how to use the Dewey Decimal Classification to look up a book, and will laugh at you. Libraries have changed and students do not use them to look up references for school papers, or the average family going each week to check out books. It's sort of sad, but if they go from traditional, it would probably save us tons of money keeping track of paper books, storing, cleaning them, ordering them and employees checking them in, sending late bills out. I'd rather see all the libraries going 100% high tech. Less to no books, less space and make computers, 3D printers, tablets to read books on. Now you can rent books online through the public library system, so they are advancing some....
