Babies are getting bigger and seem like more momma bats colonizing. I am learning a lot about bats and their communication and noises. They are not that quiet! I went out and spoke sweetly to the corner and chirped, and a baby stuck his head out! I didn't expect that! Maybe they know my voice as it's a thin wall in between me and them inside, and I have a way with all animals, even the wild ones. I certainly do not want to imprint on them, but thought it was cute in any event and unexpected. I have to admit, they are growing on me now that I have been researching about them and learning a whole lot about them and how beneficial they are and nothing at all to fear. From what I saw of this one, he/she about the size of my thumb and looked like my late XOLO dog in the face, lol.
