So yes, they gave us 2 months of nice discounts, but now they raised everyone across the board 11% they said. I called and on hold, switched around from person to person, been with the big "P" and Flo for over 10 years, and yes, have seen a few dollars increase here and there but not what it went to.
So bottom line, they cancelled my old policy, gave me a new policy and started over and saved me $30.00 a month from the rate before the increase.
Crazy stuff going on, so if that is happening to you, call them, and ask them to run you again like a new client.
It saved me a ton of money, identical coverage, same company and didn't lose one bit of my status.
