My Story
After a 29 year career as a first responder in various capacities throughout California Todd Pazier retired in 2022 as a Captain for Santa Barbara County Fire Department. Now, as a licensed and bonded notary public, and Loan Signing Agent, he uses many of those same skills to serve his clients. His experience working with people at some of their most vulnerable moments in life has trained him to serve his clients with calm, knowledgeable and discreet guidance. Todd was inspired to put his skills into practice as a Notary after seeing first hand why documents such as advanced directives, wills and trusts are so important. In the Fire Service there is a saying, “Train like your life depends on it, because it does.” Todd has applied that refrain to his Notary business understanding that education and training are a key to staying current with all rules and regulations. His mission is to be of service with immediacy, professionalism and accuracy whether the need is one simple document or volume of complicated loan documents.
