I am a professional Mobile NSA, certified by the NNA, with $100k E & O insurance. I supply quality mobile notary services throughout the North Central Montana area. I provide client focused signings that result in properly executed documents. This includes proactive and ongoing communication throughout the signing process. I have successfully completed refinance loans, HELOCs, VA loans, sale, and full purchase transactions along with trust/estate sale documents. I am also certified for RON services through the NNA as well. I am currently signed up with Blue Notary for conducting RON services. I am also EscrowTab Certified. My mobile & Home office is set up for a quick turnaround of the documents with a laptop, tablet, mobile scanner, MiFi, faxing capabilities and an inkjet printer for last-minute documents and printing ID’s. I am available before and after business hours and weekends.
