I offer a broad range of services such as: take acknowledgments, administer oaths and affirmations when executing jurats for affidavits and depositions, attest copies, certify the contents of a safe-deposit box, verify Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), complete I-9 forms on behalf of employers, facilitate the signing of debt settlement documents for law firms, perform field inspections for insurance companies and administer HELOC, refinance, purchase, commercial, construction or reverse mortgage loan signings for lenders, title companies and signing services. I am local to the Tampa and Temple Terrace area but willing to drive further for a fee. No job is too small or big.
