I am a certified loan signing agent. I have been a Notary Signing Agent since 2005 and I have closed over 7000 loans. I have experience with refinances, purchases, loan modifications, commercial real estate equity lines of credit, sellers package, and disclosures. I also do general Notary work and estate planning for trusts. I take pride in my work and enjoy it very much. I work throughout the Santa Clarita valley which includes Valencia, Saugus, Stevenson Ranch, Canyon Country, Castaic, and Newhall. I also travel 30 miles one way from my zip code. I have E&O insurance and I have a certified background screening through the NNA. I also just passed the Notary2pro Elite test and have the certificate. I work Monday - Saturday from 8am am to 8pm. If I make a mistake I will go back and fix it, I like to give the borrowers their copies in a legal manila envelope so it is more professional. The last pick up for FedEx is 4:30 pm and UPS is 5pm.
