I have been a licensed REALTOR in Illinois since 2004 and am very familiar with the different types of loan documents such as: RESPA, FHA, VA, ARM, fixed, refinances (1st and 2nd), purchases (buyer and seller), HELOC, reverse mortgages, modifications.  Most of all, I fully understand the importance of a timely closing and the contribution a closing agent makes to a successful closing.  I have completed more than 5,000+ assignments over the past 7 years. 

I have a professional appearance and demeanor, am reliable, and anxious to provide the type of service your company will appreciate over and over again. 

I have a high quality dual tray laser printer, am mobile and equipped for eDoc signing as well.  I am readily available and can manage short leadtimes.  My business is operated from my home in Madison County, IL and I regularly service the Illinois counties of St. Clair, Montgomery, Macoupin, Bond and Jersey.  With some advance notice, I can also accommodate the Southernmost counties in IL and the Missouri counties of St. Louis and St. Charles. I am willing to travel when necessary.  I am bonded and carry E&O Insurance.  I can also provide interpretation for the deaf or hearing impaired, and fingerprinting.
