Modern Journal of Notarial Events v. Classic Journal of Notarial Events
Notary Rotary is now offering two styles of notary journals: Classic and Modern.
The Classic Journal of Notarial Events was designed to suit the needs of the workplace notary that encounters a variety of single notarizations in the performance of his or her duties.
The Modern Journal of Notarial Events was designed to serve the professional notary public. Ideal for signing agents, this journal is focused on loan signings and common notarial acts such as healthcare directives and wills. In nearly all states, it is typical for notary signing agents to record eight or more notarizations on a single line when performing a witness-only loan signing. This is accomplished by using the combination notarial act/document type checkboxes.
Here is a side-by-side comparison of each journal's features:

Modern Journal Feedback and Testimonials
You've outdone yourself. This is by far the best journal I have ever seen on the market!! And I don't think you should even consider underselling the others out there, including the NNA's, ASN's, or Victoria's. It's worth every penny of the $12 you have posted on the web page. As I said, this is by far the bestest of the best. And you can quote me on that! Even my mentor, Sylvia Mease, agrees with me that you definitely have a winner here.
I wish it arrived a couple of days sooner and I would have started the new year with it. As it is, I'm switching today anyway.
Have a Happy and Prosperous New Year. (And I'm sure as soon as the word gets out on this winner of a journal!)
Thank you so much for this journal. I have been a notary for over 23 years and this is the best journal, especially for those doing loan signings that I have ever seen.
This is by far the best journal I have seen for signing agents. Blows other signing agent journals out of the water! I love it. Very well designed. A lot of work has definitely gone into the design of this journal.
I use the "Point and Sign" journal but this one is every bit as good and much cheaper.
It looks excellent! I will buy some as soon as I am close to finishing my NNA journals! I have several stockpiled.
I believe I've seen enough from the NotaryRotary.com web site to convince me.
I've taken a look at the sample page & I'm in agreement with Janet. This looks like it'd work for my purposes AND save me the tedious task of multiple journal entries. Thanks Janet & Harry (not necessarily in that order)!
This book will work for everyone. I too, would not like a book that we only use one page for each notarization, this book has place for 8 entries so it works well for anything that you would want to do. It has 122 entries.
For the first time in 23 years I am willing to try this new journal and have the borrower sign only once.
This journal shows everything that I have been concerned with since I became a notary.
Why hasn't someone told me about this journal. I am thrilled to death.
This is what you call competition. This is a great book and I'm sure glad they came up with it.
It is so exciting at the thought of writing less since I don't even abbreviate. If I could give up my journal today, I would start with this one tomorrow. I have 2 journals left, since I order mine 10 at a time. But I will probably give mine to someone else and start to use this one.
But,I'll tell you this Notaryrotary journal is also great.
The other night, I ordered this very journal for the first time...I didn't know it was new, I was at the end of mine and looking for alternatives to NNA (hated the thought of giving them more money).
I ordered on 12/31 late in the afternoon, got it yesterday...still amazed at that.
Anyway, I can't wait to use it on Monday. It looks like it's going to save tons of time and space.
i did get mine and i thank you it really looks like something that is needed i like the way it is
It really is a very nice journal. Not just for the Signing Agent, but for any notarial act. A lot of thought has really gone into this. It is the best one I have seen for signing agents.
I believe the book is good for 488 notarizations. Very cost effective.
Thank you we received them yesterday. They look great.
Thanks for the greeat journals. Your product is great! Wishing you the best in 2004
My journal just arrived and it is perfect for our use. I don’t know how it could be improved. Thank you Notary Rotary
