I had a real estate title agent’s license in Ohio as well as a real estate sales license. I currently have a Title Agents License for the State of Florida as well as my Notary Comission. While in Ohio, I traveled extensively all over the state and performed closings in Real Estate Offices, Clients’ homes and Mortgage Companies’ Offices. For the last 8 years I have been a closer in the state of Florida. I am a Certified Notary Signing Agent through the National Notary Association and have a clear background check.
