Where there is any uncertainty on a mortgage document, I call the lender immediately to check with them exactly how they would like me to handle a particular situation. If the lender is not available, my experience with loan signing situations will be sufficient to find an educated solution to any type of loan signing situation.

Business casual is my normal dress at all signings. I introduce myself at the door and NEVER park in your driveway unless it is approved by you. Best part of my job is meeting new people at signings!!
