I am a Certified Notary Signing Agent and have had 15+ years experience in loan signings and have completed over 5,500+ closings (first purchase and seller packet closings, refinance loans, arm loans, Reverse Mortgage, HELOC loans, Modifications, RESPA signings, etc.) I am a member of NVAR, NAR, NNA and have E & O Insurance of $100,000.00. I am available M-F 8:00 AM to 2 PM. and Saturday 8 AM to 4 PM. Short notices are welcome. My minimum fee for E-docs. is $100 (Alexandria City, Arlington, Fairfax City, Falls Church City and Fairfax Counties). I will travel to Prince William County and Cities of Manassas, Reston and Herndon for an additional $20. Please try to e-mail the docs. 2-3 hours before the appointment.
