Retired Real Estate Loan Officer and Banker providing mobile notary services throughout the southern Willamette Valley. Over 30 years experience in banking and lending as Loan Officer, Underwriter, Processor, Closer, Appraiser and independent Mortgage Broker. My experience includes creating settlement statements, loan documents, conducting loan closings and interviewing borrowers, buyers, and sellers.

In addition to my lending experience, I obtained my Notary commission in 2008 while serving as a Branch Rep/Banker for a local credit union. During that time I gained experience notarizing Deeds, POA's, adoption papers, DMV transfers, will, and various contracts. 

Annual NNA certification and background checked. I am on the approved list for most national title companies.
