Hello. I am 54 years old. I am a Certified Notary Loan Signing Agent.
I retired from the automobile business after 20 years where I spent a majority of my final years as a finance manager. I have had many years experience obtaining signatures and dealing directly with people while discussing legal documents.
Before my experience in the automobile business, I was a Federal Deputy for the U.S. District Court Central District working directly for U.S. Magistrate Ralph J. Geffen. My duties included preparing court orders, recording Federal documents and swearing in court witnesses. After my career as a federal deputy, i spent a considerable time as a process server and investigator.
Currently i am doing the majority of my loan signings for Alliance Title, Campbell, CA., Alliance Title, Los Altos, Ca., Alliance Title Palo Alto, CA Superior Notary Sacramento, CA. , and Pro Sign, Gledale,CA.
I am a veteran of over 100 signings.
I have also had many opportunities to purchase many homes of my own and have become very familiar with all documents and notarial acts as required and I am a successful certified loan signing agent.
You can certainly trust me to keep your loan details strickly confidential!
