I enjoy meeting new people and I think it shows in the way I conduct business in a courteous, respectful and professional manner.  All transactions are treated with the highest degree of confidentiality and security.

As a former career paralegal and seasoned notary, I am experienced in handling a wide range of legal documents including real estate documents, wills, powers of attorney and affidavits.

MOBILE

The mobile services I offer are two-fold -- mortgage loan signings (real estate transactions) and general notary services (wills, powers of attorney, affidavits, etc.):

Mortgage Loan Document Signing Services:

My loan document signing business provides service to the entire Northern Virginia area, including the counties of Fairfax, Arlington and Prince William as well as the independent cities of Alexandria and Falls Church. My service has expanded to counties surrounding Fredricksburg and Richmond, VA.  Over the years, I have handled innumerable loan signings.

General Notary Services:

As a mobile notary public, I travel to a location of your choice whether it is the residence, office, hospital, nursing home, public library or coffee shop.  My usual service area for general notary work is approximately 10 miles from zip code 22303.  In addition to the state mandated fee of $5.00 per notarization, there is an additional travel/service fee.
