Could be that Bitter Creek Title is one of the title companies that contracted NREIS and maybe they are going to make sure the notaries are going to get paid.
Just a thought.

Right. Count me out.

If in fact they are managing to get back on their feet, the last thing they need is a lawsuit. I would think that would hurt, rather than help many notaries get caught up on what they are owed, as there is no way they would find all the people who still have receivables due from them.

They've caught up with me, paid for every signing from Dec thru March. Oh, and none of the checks bounced, either. Seems to me they're making an effort to get caught up and not leave us hanging.

Past Due Again

When you complain they send a check for your oldest invoices. Then they continue to to not pay until you stop taking assignments from them and complain again
