  1. Make a Journal Entry: Make a journal entry of all notarial activity, whether you notarize the document or you refuse to notarize it. Provide enough detail that might be relevant, in case of fraud.

Subdivision 1. Requirement....The seal, with the notary's official register, is exempt from execution, and, on death or removal from office, the register must be deposited with the court administrator of the district court of the notary's county.
