We should rename you Mark Willis's clone who also easily is making 6 figure closings loans as a NSA and also has time to post here!...I am amazed anyone boycotts a platform and refuses work from "some" decent companies and bash those who do.
What amazes me is that some "lack the knowledge" to figure out that ALL are not lowballers and can't figure out how to block those that are. THAT is what is amazing to me. Keep marketing, that is what it is about for sure, and yes, if we are fortunate enough to work direct, fantastic, but that is still not enough to pay all the bills on and put all your eggs in one basket.
6 figures, yeah, ok. If that were true, you could care less about those who utilize a platform to work on and be busy keeping your direct clients happy.
Hey which 3 FL counties are you handling? Are you in FL?
You have a home construction business and still have time to do loan closings? -or- are you working for 3 nationwide builders closing loans? Closing for a home builder myself, it is a local gig and not mail away closings. They close in their main office, they get approved, they get funded and they get keys... Lets hear the scoop on how you manage to do this?
