Yesterday, I had a signing at an acrylic nail salon. Borrower is on her way to Italy this morning, this was her only time slot of availability. Thankfully, the chair was near the back door, which was open. We got this done in 15 minutes. It speaks volumes that all the nail technicians are wearing face masks. I should have asked for one too. I stood the entire time flipping the signed documents in a stack on the next open chair. The place was packed. A line formed at the door for clients waiting to be acryliced, buffed and polished.
Today is Friday the 13th. What is in store for me today? Tonight I am resigning that nice man who didn't want his car payment included in his refi. He has a paraplegic daughter, he will save $500 a month on his mortgage with this refi, reducing his interest rate big time. |
