I don't know if Jayhawk wants one for themselves, for a friend or family member, or for random signers. I wouldn't attempt to recommend a form to a friend, family member, or random signer because I am not a lawyer (and my niece is).
For myself, I would probably go to a lawyer, because my state has different laws that apply to different kinds of POA instruments. The differences are quite substantial. I wouldn't want to get it wrong. Don't know what it's like in Kansas. |
