but I do have to say that the NNA certification does go a long way to jump start a business - sad to say but it is relied upon by many.
Now, that said, you say you took a course - but yet you failed the NNA test twice. I'd say if you want to do loan signings you should really go back and study - the NNA test is an open book test and covers the basics of the signing business - if you failed it twice, that tells me you need a review of how to do signings and what's involved. It would probably behoove you and the clients you're going to work with to take a course (there or elsewhere) - when you go into this you need to know what you're doing.
