This is a major title company, you make very good point. Up until this point when I have been involved in a 2 part signing the docs where either shipped to me from the first notary or I sent them to the second notary. My experience in receiving documents from borrower has been Quicken and they have a big Do Not Open prior to notary arrival printed on them.
