For those that don't use the Chrome browser, there's an add-on created by Google for Firefox. It's called Search by Image and it allows you to do pretty much the same thing, except that instead of appearing on a right-click menu, all the images have a small camera icon on the lower right-hand corner. Click on the icon, and it launches a Google image search.

It can also help you determine if an image has been Photoshopped, because it also retrieves similar images. Pretty neat tool. Not sure if it's available for IE or Opera.
