I don't see any "glaring omission." OP called the return trip a "second FULL FILE signing." That says to me there was a first full file signing, and now they won't pay for the second. Which was a redraw cos of lender mistake.
A second signing is a second signing. It's printing new docs, it's another trip, it's a new appointment, it's a new signing at the kitchen table, it's new notarizations and another trip to Fed Ex/UPS. it's a whole new ballgame. And just cos you let BO and NSA work out time, well, good for you. What's that got to do with anything?
You sound like every other cheapo SS nitpicking over our fees because of mistakes caused by the lender or TC. They (and you) act like the second time around is some extension of the first and should therefore be free or some paltry trip fee. You talk about a "second fee" that possibly "was not agreed upon." You expect a notary to go out for a complete redraw and re-sign for FREE unless a second fee is nailed down? Only a notary with a great relationship with a great hiring agency would consider it.
Your many posts here are becoming increasingly obnoxious. We do not need your "perspective" anymore because we have dealt with your kind for years. Nothing new. Screw the notary. I have dumped far better SSs than your little outfit over the kind of crap you spew. And I'm a lot better off for it. Let the knucklehead notaries you use deal with it. You are the most arrogant pipsqueak to come on here in some time. Guess what, you don't get to chastise us with your demeaning rhetoric. Go away. It's bad enough we have to deal with your type in the business world. This is OUR Forum. Not yours to lecture us like we're little preschoolers who need to sit in your naughty chair until we're smart enough to figure out how to conduct ourselves in this business, which, apparently, is how you think we should conduct ourselves.
