Also, IMO, as long as the borrower signs the form & dates it on the day they are signing, the RTC would have to count at least 3 days from that date, regardless of what's on the form.
Yes, I've changed the date when there's a 2nd signer, and no one ever had an issue with it.
IMO anything else is back-dating, the most critical part of which is infringing on the 3-day RTC.
