I just was about to put a post up (and still will) about SIGNING STREAM. Not only do they pay slow, their insults have reached epic levels... I have now received calls on THREE different COMPLETED jobs at least a month after I have there completion asking me if I would agree to reduce my fee!!! A fee of $90. Also, under the guise that it is at the lender's request. It seems to me they are trying to grab their share of work by undercutting others, then trying to stop from eating their losses by trying to undercut the Notary.
On an email I received today stating payment being sent for a job from APRIL 25th they had a note that stated:
"Notes: **Excessive notary fees. Notary placed in Suspended Status until fees change. Thank you. E 6/23/16"
I promptly phoned and asked that they remove me from their database, and never call me again. Unbelievable. |
