to be turned off until it gets fixed. If this was geared towards the average citizen, you are providing notaries that no where close to the zip code that a person has input. Provides a very unpleasant user experience. Should this search be any different that how a provider does a search. Sounds like double engineering ( I wont complain because we all have different business and programming models. too each his own).
Most of my GNW involves people wanting to meet me to save money so they are willing to drive to be closer. In my situation, the notaries that are returned (cause they have a pic) can/are (with exception to 1) 10 or more miles away. Sad.
I have posed the question, through the support website and have not return a response. Its ok. I can accept yours. |
