It seems they not only did a mass mailing, but they farmed info from the numbers site. Whatever one thinks of the owner over there, this doesn't feel like a very ethical thing to do.
Call me cynical, but I wasn't very impressed. This sounded like a good start: "I created my signing service to be different than all the rest, by providing real notary support both during signings and beyond." But instead of providing more info on what this means [it could mean she expects to hire newbies who need help during signings...], she spent two larger paragraphs talking about the discounts she can help us get, which I didn't think were all that great. (And it sounded like she might be promoting the idea of printing docs at one of those places, which IMO is a security/confidentiality issue.)
I wanted to hear about paying respectable fees and doing so in a timely manner. I was left wondering if she gets some kind of a bonus from referring people for those discounts. Unless or until I hear otherwise, I'm going to pass.
