This is a gray area of notarizing - as are many other instances - so there won't be a code/law that addresses every operation of notarizing - in any state. Therefore, please provide a compelling, critically thought-out explanation as to why I'm incorrect or off base regarding CERTS....not signatures in the doc but multiple name variations in a CERT for one individual.
The following are NOT compelling, critically-thought explanations:
1. Because I say so 2. There's no law that says I cannot so I will 3. There's no law that says I have to so I won't 4. You can't prove you're right...so you're not
