There likely was something in the trust that provided for such an event. In any case, this gentleman is very high net worth and a private banking client of three major banks who portfolio their own loans. The home is in Pacific Palisades, and he's lived there for 45 years, so he has had the banking relationship for many years

These are the kinds of events that keep us in business. Many, many people do not have their documents in order. I see it every day, and yes, you would think they would have their stuff together. it's often not until the 13th hour they realize they do not, and then it is a 911 emergency.

Any way, he was grateful to get it done. He said he's going to be calling me soon, as he has some amendments to his documents he needs to get done very soon.
