Thanks for posting this, Clem. Every time I see one of their emails - which is way too often - I think about putting up a warning here, but that usually happens when I don't have time to come here.
This is just one more sign of a cycle being repeated. During the last slowdown, folks like this were coming out of the woodwork, full of promises and claims, with absolutely nothing to back it up. But it's probably a pretty good money maker for them, as there will always be people in nearly every field who will look for the easy solutions.
In the coming months and years, there will likely be more scammers trying to separate gullible notaries from their hard-earned funds. Check out these sites by seeing if they come up at all when you do a Google search. If your potential customers/clients can't find their website, they won't be finding your listing on it! |
