BTW, since you're touting Beth's niceties, in your experience, what fees for what scope of work is she paying? It's good to know she's paying within 30 days. However, is she paying $50 for a full VA refi with edocs (printing 2 sets) and scanbacks with signing location more than 25 miles from you? Or is she paying $150 for a Quicken refi (print 1 set), small package and no scanbacks with signing location less than 5 miles from you? These are, of course, fictitious examples, but you get the point.
