Like Cari said, I used to have that company who had a huge package (maybe 250 pages tops), but contained both the lenders package, and cut down version for the buyer. I hated them because they failed to tell you upfront to only print once. I got stung twice in a hurry with them.
No way would I have done that without at least $350.00. If they insisted I go in person and drop off, I would insist they pay me upfront with paypal. lol I have heard companies demanding this, thank goodness none of mine do. I hope you are experienced with this company and will pay you. Sounds sort of risky.
