It's all in my post. No . . . nothing is going to come up on a credit report. The thieves are not after our social security number, they are after our notary commission numbers in order to make a stamp. That is considered identity theft of a notary. They don't steal our social security numbers. They are not opening credit or bank accounts. They are stamping documents. No complaint was filed against me. If you read my post I explain how the State says that this happens all the time. They can look at the stamp and the signature and know that it is not us. They are not going to allow a complaint to be filed when they know that we are the victim of identity theft.
