This is what I do, scan all legal. I have a MFC7360N, and oldie but still a goodie, multipurpose printer/fax/scanner.

And I'm surprised you had to fax all of those pages back, I've not had to do this for them. Was it supposed to fund the same day as I'm guessing that's the only reason for the total file scan backs?
