Re: Failure to Fulfill Contractual Obligations in a Real Estate

I didn't read the whole thread before I posted, but my advice is the same for debt resolution companies. Find out what entity is the state regulatory agency and file a complaint about irregularities and failure to fulfill obligations in a debt resolution transaction. Then fax or email a copy of the complaint to the non-paying company. My guess is perhaps an attorney owns this debt-resolution company. Investigate on the Sec of State website who is the registered agent of the business, find out if that person is an attorney, and if yes then file a complaint with the state bar for failure to fulfill contractual obligations in a real estate transaction.
