 Re: Much More info...
Posted by kcg on 10/28/17 3:27pm

I recently with through the same issue. After 40 days, I sent an email to Kerrie Schwartz who had hired me. No reply. I called, VM full. So out came the guns.

I researched the t/c and located the email addresses of the branch manager, supervisor, and EA on the loan. Also got the addresses of the branch manager and LO at lender. In Indiana, we have to input all info on every transaction. I am on good terms with the director of the Indiana Dept of Insurance. A number of complaints against a t/c will kick off an audit. And I firmly believe that if a title company gets repeated notices from notaries that are not paid by a certain SS and the t/c continues to use them they are complicit. I also listed the SOS because altho they would do nothing, they should be aware of companies who steal the services of their commissioned officers.

I sent an email at 9 am to Linda and told her that if I didn't have a response by 2 pm, letters would go out. I got an immediate response. She said "this never happens" and my check went out that day. I told her if I didn't have it in one week, letters go out.

I think it's ridiculous to repeatedly send emails and calls. Give a timeline and GO.

I posted this in a thread on PRG. If you don't see it in SC, do a search and you'll often come up with information.
Good luck
