 Re: Numbers went too far

Scrolling back through his blogs, most of them have a touch of racism in them...Mongolians, Chinese, blacks, making racial slurs and deeming names, even taking political sides. What's seriously wrong with this guy? It's a sad sense of humor as a business owner. Even worse he doesn't have the common sense to shut his trap and continues post these things openly. He's not drunk and in a bar here telling jokes. He is lacking attention from home? Could be why he calls random notaries up and quizzes them as well...

HIM: "The state of Florida’s FAQ page stated that they did not want Notaries requiring thumbprints, however, they did not object to asking for thumbprints."
...Who does this? If we are not asked or required to produce thumbprints, nor are we required to keep a journal here.
HIM:"The Notary is normally considered a suspect. When the FBI interrogates a Notary Public, the Notary is considered a suspect." If you do not take proper journal records, it might appear that you are FACILITATING fraud by your lack of record keeping. Proper journal entries help uncover what happened at a Notary appointment. If an ID was forged, the information in your journal is useless unless you have a thumbprint which cannot be forged unless you are wearing a latex thumb-cover which would be easily detected by the notary. By not keeping a thumbprint you are facilitating the possibility of fraud."

This is one of his little rants...he's too much to keep reading. His mentality seems to supersede that of our state regulations. In FL we do not need or require to thumbprint or to even keep a journal. For his logic, we would all be criminals if called into court. jmo
