Well said. Only one exception... I suspect she means to "courier" docs to the title co. (Yes, I had to look it up. Wink) Apparently, "courier" is both a noun and a verb. Learn something new every day!

And to the OP, for the record: We normally "courier" docs to the title (or escrow) company by FedEx, UPS or some other carrier, so it's a good idea to keep a supply of shipping materials from those companies on hand. The title co normally provides a shipping label for us to print along with the documents, although sometimes they'll just give us an account number. I have a policy to NEVER (with the rarest of exceptions) advance shipping fees to a client. If you don't get paid for the assignment (which does happen, sadly) that adds even further loss, so be careful.
