In most cases, they do manage to produce the docs "just in time" to make the appointment. Ironically, when they're too late to make the appointment in time, WE'RE the ones who have to call the borrower to tell them there's going to be a delay. You would think that when they set these appointments several days (up to 2 weeks) in advance of the signing date, that they could have everything ready in time. |
