I think Di kinda hit it. Guys don't pay a lot of attention to this kind of news. I just asked my husband (who watches way more TV than I) if he knew what the "Me, too" 'movement' was...and got a totally blank look. Plus, men and women have been working together now for decades and yet there really isn't a lot of this going on...'cept maybe in la-la land. With this country's huge workforce, only the exceptions make news.
And, in some ways, it would be a step backward for people to have to start worrying about these situations constantly. Hey, maybe when all signings are conducted via webcam, we can re-invent ourselves into 'nothing happened witnesses'. |
