 Re: my Monday 12:30 P. M......

Thanks. Typical question I get from a new customer is "how fast can you get this done?".

I immediately ask "how fast can you run, because I will work on your loan 24 hrs/day".

I.E. I got up at 4:00 A.M. Sunday morning (rest of the day was planned) to write a long letter to the lender making a strong case for the customer to obtain an exemption on a near impossible loan condition. The lender never said a word to me but the loan condition disappeared on Monday.

I had lunch today with a 38 year veteran title officer working on the same loan where he was absolutely stymied on another condition the lender had. Between us we worked it out. It took us three days back and forth with the lender, title, appraiser and myself on that one condition. Did I say reverse mortgages are tough these days? Seems like all loans are getting tougher conditions placed on them.

The Closer/Funder and I started work at 7 A.M. Monday morning, before the EO got to work, loaded for bear to get the HUD balanced and mirrored.

All in a long line of 24 hour/days (people freak out when they see emails from me sent at 2 and 3 in the morning).

So why do we do this? Because we love it!

The customer signed at 4:15 P.M. ...right on time. Smooth sailing...nothing ever happened, uh-oh.

The notary called title, who then called me: "How do I have them sign as trustee when the lender says to sign exactly as typed?"

I just smiled and helped them both out.... no problem here. Smile Thanked everybody for their hard work.
