WHY ARE WE STILL DISCUSSING THIS A HOLE,
do all yourselves a favor and put him out of business if no one signs up with him then he loses clients and then we can go direct to them or they will find us from our previous closings we have done. Maybe they will find us on notary rotary which treats notaries with respect and charges much less

Th9is numbers company has to be blacklisted, I had accounts with him in past and went through the same crap and he kept boosting my fee, I was paying $500 and wasn't quite at the top of my listing.

PUT THIS GUY OUT TO PASTURE and move on.
