We all go into all kinds of situations - I have in 17 years of doing this business. People pounding on the table because the docs weren't what they were "supposed to be," and then throwing all the papers in the air, the woman with the filthy house and disgusting smell - who was studying to be an interior decorator! No lie, that's what she told me. The client who fainted in the middle of the signing due to low blood pressure, and on and on. An outstanding one was the cigar smoker who just wouldn't quit during the signing - the entire house was a giant cigar (or at least it smelled that way). You'd have really passed out on that one. It just goes with the territory - the luck of the draw and all that. Better luck in the future.
