such as being required to get fingerprinted and checked to become a NSA after already done so for a school district. Would be a natural question.

Cheryl is correct though and it's not always just state driven. I was fingerprinted for the CA SOS, the CA BRE, the CA DBO and the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS).

I grumbled, then I paid up. It's the business we're in.
